WARRANTY & REPAIRS

We have a lifetime limited warranty behind our craftsmanship and the functioning of all our products. We will fix or replace any item we deem to have any manufacturing defects. We reserve the right at our discretion to decide what is and is not a manufacturing defect. We will offer to fix or replace any parts that are not a defect at your cost, but will also consider the fact that honest people can make an error in use and will replace or repair at a discount or at no cost at all. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from our premises for all warranty / repairs, however if the product is found to be defective we will reimburse the actual ground shipping cost calculated from UPS website.

Firearms and products returned without an authorized return number will NOT be accepted upon delivery to our premises. NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply after you have sent the form.
