The Brigade Makasi MK-15 Rifle pays homage to modern tactical history by blending the legendary lineage of the FN FAL with contemporary AR-15 ergonomics. Engineered around a 16-inch barrel and chambered in 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington, the MK-15 provides flat trajectory precision, high muzzle velocity, and familiar controls for American shooters.

Because the Makasi operating system utilizes a bufferless short-stroke gas piston and recoil guide assembly, unburned powder residue and hot combustion gases are vented near the gas block—keeping the receiver internal components running significantly cooler and cleaner than direct impingement rifles.

Highlighting the MK-15 design is its Paratrooper-style side-folding stock, supported by a heavy-duty two-screw receiver mount that enables live firing in both folded and fully deployed modes. Every upper and lower receiver set is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 forged aluminum at our Miami Gardens, FL facility and fitted with a non-reciprocating side-charging handle.
