Factory Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our craftsmanship and the functioning of all our products. Brigade Manufacturing will repair or replace any item deemed to have a manufacturing defect.

Note: Customer is responsible for initial shipping to our premises. If the product is verified to have a manufacturing defect, actual ground shipping costs (calculated via UPS) will be reimbursed. Return shipments must have an authorized RMA number.
