All site users agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. Your access to and use of the Brigade Manufacturing Inc. website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under these Terms and Conditions. By using the website, you fully accept this notice's terms, conditions, and disclaimers. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Brigade Manufacturing Inc. website.
Shipping Policies & Processing Times
Free Shipping Notice (Excluding AK, HI, & PR)
Shipping costs for orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be determined after purchase. A sales representative will call or email you with finalized shipping terms. Due to logistics complexities, a shipping fee applies to these destinations.
Costs and Fulfillment Schedule: Non-holiday shipping typically takes 5 to 15 business days for your order to process and ship. Due to high seasonal/holiday order volume, shipping timelines may vary. To determine shipping charges, add your desired items to the cart, enter your state and ZIP code, and view calculated shipping at checkout.
Purchasing Protocol & Firearm Transfers
Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately upon order placement.
FFL Transfer Protocol
Brigade Manufacturing Inc. ships complete firearms, lower receivers, and matched sets directly to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers only.
BEFORE ORDERING: Please contact your local receiving FFL dealer to verify their transfer fees and confirm they accept transfers from outside manufacturers.
If you order a Brigade AR-15 Match Set Upper & Lower Receiver or a Lower Receiver with the parts kit installed, YOU MUST be a legal resident of the state where you are ordering and be at least 21 years of age to complete the background check and transfer through your receiving FFL.
The customer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, or transportation of firearms where they reside. The customer assumes all financial responsibility and shipping costs for firearms returned due to FFL refusal or background check failure.
Cancellation & Order Change Policy
Once an order has been submitted online or placed over the phone with a sales associate, cancellation or modification requests are subject to the following processing fees:
5% Cancellation Fee
Applies to orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
30% Restocking Fee
Applies to orders cancelled or modified after 24 hours of placement.
Firearm Safety & Account Responsibility
Firearm Safety Warning: Failure to observe safe firearm handling practices may result in serious bodily injury or death. Brigade Manufacturing Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from faulty installation, product misuse, illegal use, or unauthorized modification.
Your Customer Account: If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting computer access. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities under your account. Brigade Mfg. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
