Shipping Policies

Cost and Times: Due to the high seasonal/holiday order volume, shipping times will vary during the holidays. Non-holiday shipping typically takes 5 to 15 days for your order to ship. To find out the cost of shipping, add the item(s) to your cart, enter your state and zip code, and see how much it will cost.

Purchasing Protocol & Firearm Purchases

Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed.

If you order a Brigade AR-15 Match Set Upper & Lower Receivers or Lower Receivers with the parts kit installed, YOU MUST be a legal resident of the state you are ordering and be at least 21 years of age to complete the transfer through your FFL. Contact your local FFL dealer with questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm in the locality where the customer resides. The customer assumes all responsibility and costs for returned guns due to FFL refusal or failure to receive them.

Cancellation and Order Change Fee

After you have placed your order online or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged:

• Within 24 Hours: Orders placed within 24 hours have a 5% Cancellation Fee.
• After 24 Hours: Orders placed after 24 hours have a 30% Restocking Fee.

Firearm Safety

Failure to observe safe firearm handling practices may result in serious bodily injury or death. Brigade Manufacturing Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from faulty installation, misuse, illegal use, or modification of this product.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. Brigade Mfg. and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
